International Social Work Degree Recognition and Evaluation Service Screening Form

The screening form is used to determine if you have a social work degree. If the applicant is found to have a social work degree/major, the applicant will receive an email stating that the screening form was approved with a password to access the application form. You may not access the recognition application form until your screening form is approved. The screening form is reviewed by an OSWAEE staff member and is not automated. The applicant can currently expect to receive the results of the screening within two weeks. Fill out the form below please.
